The 5 air-conditioned suites are designed to combine modern amenities with rustic character, creating a welcoming retreat after a day of outdoor exploration. Each suite comes with Wi-Fi, private tea and coffee facilities, and either a bar fridge or a large refrigerator along with a microwave.; ; Suite 1 features a spacious design with large windows, a king-size bed that can be converted into twin beds, and an en-suite bathroom with a standalone bathtub and shower. Suite 2 offers a king-size bed that can also be converted into twin beds, a loft area with three three-quarter beds, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Suite 3, which can accommodate six guests, includes a king-size bed convertible into twin beds, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and a loft with four single beds.; ; Suite 4, accessible by stairs, has an open-plan layout with a king-size bed that can be converted to twin beds and an additional set of twin beds, as well as an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Suite 5, with its light and airy ambiance, features a king-size bed that can be converted to twin beds and a full en-suite bathroom. For added convenience, a laundry service is available at an extra cost.; ; The main lodge offers a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, and a walk-in cold room. Guests can dine in the spacious dining area, relax in the comfortable lounge with a TV and DStv, or enjoy the indoor braai area. There is also a Wi-Fi access point available. A covered patio allows guests to enjoy views of the waterhole where wildlife frequently visits, while the boma fireplace offers a perfect setting for starlit evenings. A swimming pool is also available for a refreshing dip.

    Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.

    What is 3D Secure?

    This is a security layer which checks that the person making the payment is the authorised cardholder by way of a one-time pin delivered by SMS or a secret code, ensuring the safety of your card.

    3D secure is a legislated prerequisite for all online purchases in South Africa.
