St Mikes Villa has two bedrooms. The main bedroom is located downstairs and furnished with a double bed. The second bedroom is an upstairs mezzanine loft-style room furnished with a double bed. The two bedrooms share a bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. The open-plan living area occupies the lower level of the home. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering with a stove and oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster, and a washing machine. The lounge area contains a double sleeper couch, standing fan, and a smart TV. Free Wi-Fi is available. The living area opens to a covered patio with a picnic table and Weber braai. The home has an enclosed garden ideal for children and pets to play in. Secure parking is provided on the premises.

    Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.

    What is 3D Secure?

    This is a security layer which checks that the person making the payment is the authorised cardholder by way of a one-time pin delivered by SMS or a secret code, ensuring the safety of your card.
