St Daniels 4 is a modern three bedroom, two bathroom ground floor unit situated in a secure complex in Ramsgate, offering lovely ocean views. The apartment offers attractive sea views from the spacious balcony, and the main beach is approximately 300 metres away. The complex also features a swimming pool for guests to enjoy.; ; The apartment comfortably accommodates six guests, with a king size bed in the main bedroom and two single beds in each of the second and third bedrooms. Ceiling fans are installed in all bedrooms, and the main bedroom opens onto a generous balcony with beautiful sea views.; ; There are two bathrooms, including an en suite in the main bedroom fitted with a shower, toilet and basin, as well as a washing machine. The second bathroom is equipped with a bath, shower, toilet and basin.; ; The unit features a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher for added convenience. The spacious lounge includes comfortable seating for six guests and a smart TV with Wi Fi, allowing you to stream Netflix or DStv using your own login details.; ; A built in braai is available on the covered balcony, along with patio furniture that seats six and offers excellent ocean views. A lock up garage is provided and can accommodate two vehicles, with additional visitor parking available within the complex. Guests also have access to a communal swimming pool, an extra braai area, well maintained lawns and direct beach access located approximately 50 metres away.; ; All linen and bath towels are supplied, however guests are requested to bring their own beach towels.

      Frequently Asked Questions

      Why do I have to pay a deposit?

      This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.
