State of Grey can accommodate up to 10 adults and two children. There are six bedrooms in total; the main bedroom is furnished with a King-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, toilet and basin. Two bedrooms furnished with Queen-size beds share a bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. There are two further bedrooms; one furnished with a Queen-size bedroom and the other furnished with a double bed. Both these rooms have an en-suite bathroom; one fitted with a bath, toilet and basin and the other fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. The children's bedroom is furnished with a three-quarter bed and a pull-out single bed. The spacious, tiled, open plan living area is beautifully decorated and comprises a full kitchen and bar area. The kitchen is well equipped for self-catering stay and includes a fridge, stove and oven, coffee maker, kettle and microwave. There is a bar / lounge area that opens, via glass stacking doors, to a sheltered patio and garden area with braai facilities, sun loungers and a heated swimming pool. The lounge has TV with satellite channels and Wi-Fi is available. Garage parking is available on site.

      Frequently Asked Questions

      Why do I have to pay a deposit?

      This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

      Can I pay the deposit at month end?

      That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.
