The villa consists of 4 bedrooms all en-suite sleeping up to 8 people comfortably. The main and second bedrooms are each furnished with a king-size bed and are located on the Upper level. The main bedroom has full sea views and opens onto a sea-facing, private balcony. The en-suite bathroom is fitted with a bath and shower, also sea facing plus separate toilet with double vanities. The second en-suite bathroom is furnished with a shower, toilet and basin, has mountain views and opens onto a balcony. The middle/entrance level has two bedrooms, each furnished with a queen-size bed. The one room has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower toilet and basin. The other room has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, toilet and basin. Both these rooms onto onto a shared balcony with garden views. The villa also comprises an open-plan living area with indoor gas burning fireplace and indoor dining area, all with full sea views. The lounge opens onto a lovely sea-facing deck with sunloungers and outdoor furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a scullery with washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. There is an additional lounge upstairs with writing desk and TV. The back garden is fully enclosed and has a small plunge pool plus an undercover and sheltered patio with 10 seater dining room table and built-in braai facilities, also sea facing.

    Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.

    What is 3D Secure?

    This is a security layer which checks that the person making the payment is the authorised cardholder by way of a one-time pin delivered by SMS or a secret code, ensuring the safety of your card.
