The Standard Waterfront Rooms are 20 metres from Springholm’s teeming trout dam or a mere 20 metres from the water’s edge. This two sleeper is equipped with a king-size bed and comes fully equipped with a mini-fridge, coffee station, cosy electric blanket and a full en-suite bathroom with a shower, bath, toilet and basin. The designated parking bay is right outside the room and this allows you to kick back and relax. Everything, including lawns for picnicking, the Springholm Breakfast Room, the dam and the resident birdlife are within easy strolling distance.

The cottage is situated right on the lake and has two bedrooms, each furnished with a king-size bed. There is a bathroom with a bath and a shower. The cottage comprises an open-plan living space with a built-in fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, an oven and stove, and a microwave. The cottage is equipped with a TV with hotel package DStv channels.

Stone Cottage

The Stone Cottages are situated on a hill above the dam and boasts panoramic views over the valley. It comes beautifully finished and fully equipped. The entire unit can accommodate up to 6 people. The upstairs has 1 large bedroom with 2 king-size beds and a full bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and basin, whilst downstairs contains an additional bedroom fitted with 2 single beds and a full bathroom with a bath, shower, toilet and basin. There is also an open-plan kitchen equipped with a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee- and tea-making facilities, crockery and cutlery. The living area has comfortable seating. The cottage can be separated into completely independent and private split level accommodation comprising of a B&B unit upstairs and a self-catering unit downstairs.
