Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
All cancellations within one month: 75% of deposit back.
3 weeks: 50% of deposit back.
2 weeks: 25% of deposit back.
