Rates shown are based on two (2) persons sharing the room/unit per night. Hover over the rate to view alternate occupancies.

Rates are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR). Subject to change without notice.

Quoted rates exclude the following fees which must be paid directly to the property after the booking has been confirmed, usually a week before check-in, but in some cases on arrival.

To confirm a booking. We require a deposit payment of 50% of the total booking. Final balance should be paid before arrival. Should we not receive any communication from you (email/messages) or proof of deposit payment, the booking will lapse automatically in 24 hours from booking.

In case of natural disasters, civil/political unrest, epidemic diseases and travel restrictions both parties can cancel the booking without penalties.

The villa sleeps 8 persons, no outside guests allowed.

All guests undertake all activities at their own risk. The management accepts no responsibility for any theft, loss, damage, accident or injury whatsoever sustained whilst staying at the premises.

The accommodation should be used as short term holiday accommodation only. No shoots, parties or functions to be held without prior notice and approval of management.

Due to the sensitive nature of the location, respect for wildlife and fellow guests is paramount. No undue noise after 9 pm and before 8am, please.

No fires to be lit in any location without the express knowledge of the management. Braai fires may only take place in the designated areas. Please ensure all fires are fully extinguished following the braai.

No smoking inside the buildings at any time. Guests may smoke only in designated smoking areas and are kindly requested to use the ashtrays and smoking bins provided for the extinguishing of all cigarettes and cigars.

The repair or replacement for all breakages and damage caused to the property will be charged in full.

The renter hereby irrevocably indemnify Zus and Co Management Services Ltd and Lalapanzi Lodge, or any employee against any claim for injury to their self / their family or/and guests which they invite or are responsible for and against any claim for loss or breakage of personal effects which may arise whilst occupying the property, venue and the adjoining grounds, and that the renter resides on the property at their own risk.

The key is part of Lalapanzi Lodge, if it is not returned to us on departure we will charge the replacements cost.

Check-in time from 3pm till 6pm. Outside of these hours should be arranged prior to arrival.

Check-out time 10am.

When you pay the deposit you have read the terms and conditions and agree to abide by them.

Travelling with children?
Children of all ages are welcome.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
