Until management run this establishment with a full staff, open bar area and some type of LIFE, it will never work. The rooms were clean, but never serviced once during our stay. One toilet roll in the bathroom that was never replaced. I will give them credit for delicious meals. But the compliment ends there.

Very relaxing and we were treated like royalty regardless that we were the only guests there at the time. Covid restrictions must have had an impact on their business so they could definitely use a lot of love from everyone wanting a relaxing and well catered holiday away.

Great venue with plenty of things to do for all members of the family, lovely pool area, kids playground, tennis courts, put put golf, horse riding etc etc, all facilities in excellent condition. Our accommodation was clean with all we needed in place, towels, toiletries, coffee etc. Food was excellent, buffet breakfast & 3 course dinner. Friendly helpful staff who are prepared to go the extra mile to please their guests. My wife and I celebrate our wedding anniversary here and have been coming every year(if possible) for the last 26 years, Sierra is like a second home and we see improvements to the venue every time we come. We have no reservations in Recommending Sierra Farm.
