About Shalati Safari Camp

Situated on the border of the Manyeleti Game Reserve, Shalati Safari Camp offers accommodation in a safari camp that has an open boundary with the Kruger National Park and the Sabi-Sand Game Reserve. Here guests are able to view all of the Big 5 animals.

Accommodation

All 40 game lodge tented units (Ngala and Ingwe) are permanent safari style tents with an en-suite bathroom in each. There are 16 Shangaan style chalets that also have an en-suite in each as well as a fan.

Ngala and Ingwe x40:
Each of these well appointed tents are furnished with either a double bed or twin beds as well as an en-suite bathroom with a shower, basin and a toilet. The units are made with timber and luxury canvas and the rooms have a mosquito net in each.

Chalets x16:
These chalets accommodate up to two guests each and are furnished with either twin beds or a double bed. There is an en-suite bathroom with a shower, basin and toilet. The units have thatched roofs and are equipped with mosquito nets in each.

Breakfast and Dining

The accommodation rates included either bed and breakfast or dinner, bed and breakfast. There is a fully licensed bar area. The onsite restaurant serves a buffet meal and guests can expect to enjoy traditional South African dishes. A large dining area under a thatched roof offers an A la carte as well as buffet meals.

Game Drives

There are morning, afternoon and full day Safari Game Drives available. Guest are able to do bush walks in the Kruger National Park. Game drives are not included in the rates but are able to be arranged.
