Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
30 - 22 days before arrival: 35% of booking due.
21 - 15 days before arrival: 40% of booking due.
14 - 8 days before arrival: 65% of booking due.
7 - 3 days before arrival: 80% of booking due.
From 2 days before arrival and no-shows: 100% of booking due.
