There are two one-bedroom apartments that each sleep up to two guests. A double bed, workstation and cupboards are in the bedroom. There is also an en-suite bathroom that consists of a toilet, shower and a basin in each apartment. The separate living area contains comfortable couch and a dining table. The semi equipped kitchenette consists of microwave, toaster, kettle, stove, oven, a bar fridge, hot plate, small oven and a washing machine. Outside on the patio there is outdoor furniture for guest use.

This family apartment consists of two bedrooms; each with a King-size bed or twin beds and plenty of cupboard space. The bathroom contains a shower, toilet and a basin. There is a separate living room with a comfortable lounge suite with a fireplace, heater and a wall-mounted TV. The kitchenette consists of a fridge / freezer, microwave, two-plate stove and an oven.

    Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.

    What is 3D Secure?

    This is a security layer which checks that the person making the payment is the authorised cardholder by way of a one-time pin delivered by SMS or a secret code, ensuring the safety of your card.

    3D secure is a legislated prerequisite for all online purchases in South Africa.
