Seaview Villa is a three bedroom double storey house with sleeping capacity for six people, separate TV room, indoor living area and braai. Seaview Villa is located in Pearl Bay, Yzerfontein and overlooks the Atlantic Ocean, Dassen Island and Table Mountain. This luxurious holiday accommodation is surrounded by fynbos and the beach is about 210 meters from the house. The first floor features a master en-suite bedroom with double bed and shower, TV room, indoor braai / living area and outside stoep overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The other two bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with twin beds are located on the ground floor and share a full bathroom. The kitchen, which is fully equipped for self-catering includes a microwave, oven and hob, fridge / freezer and breakfast nook with chairs. This house with double lock-up garage for security has a large enclosed garden and big lawn. Cancellation 15 to 30 days before stay date: 60% of deposit is refundable.
Cancellation 14 days before stay date: 0% of deposit is refundable.
