Unit number 1 has three bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has two single beds. the third bedroom also has two single beds. There are two double sleeper couches in the upstairs lounge. The unit has two and a half bathrooms and the kitchen is fully equipped. Unit 01 in Sea Spray is a large double-story thatched unit which can sleep up to 8 people. The unit consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is located next to our swimming pool and entertainment area. There is also a paved patio specifically allocated to this unit. There is a TV in the unit with standard channels, however there is a DSTV connection should you wish to bring your own decoder. There is parking for 2 vehicles on our secure property.     Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.

    What is 3D Secure?
