Seaside Studio @ 185 On Beach is an air conditioned self-catering apartment in Gordon’s Bay. This romantic suite offers cosy quality finishes and magnificent ocean views with the sound and fragrance of the sea, which is just a few meters away. The cosy, quality finishes in this apartment is perfect for a romantic occasion and, with generous cupboards space and being fully-contained, this bachelor apartment is also ideal for a family celebration, business trip or long-stay guests. The studio is furnished with a Queen-size bed and a sofa bed. The bathroom is compact, modern and fitted with a shower with granite seat, basin, toilet and heated towel rails. There are grab rails for the frail. The lounge has a TV with Netflix, DStv, Wi-Fi and French doors that open to the courtyard creating a large sunny living area with a sea view over the privacy courtyard wall. In winter the sunshine streams in through the windows to add extra pleasure. With its own private entrance to Beach Road, the Seaside Studio has a delightful garden courtyard where you can dine, enjoy the sunshine. Barbecue on a granite slab at the new cocktail counter as you watch the activity on the ocean or enjoy spectacular sunsets and lights across the bay. It is also ideal for a young family to play safely. You can also enjoy an even more spectacular sea view from the pool deck just 5 meters away.

      Why do I have to pay a deposit?

      This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.
