Sea Breeze Apartment 5 is a self catering holiday apartment in Lamberts Bay sleeping five adults and two children. The apartment is located on the first floor and accessed from the front of the building via a set of stairs. The two bedrooms are furnished with a double bed each and an open room with a single bed and a bunk bed. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. There is also a guest toilet. The open plan living area has a kitchenette fitted with a two-plate stove, oven, microwave, toaster and fridge. There is also a single bed in the living area. The covered balcony has a braai and from here you can enjoy incredible sea views. There is a door connecting the balconies on Sea Breeze Apartment 5 and Sea Breeze Apartment 4, which can be opened if the units are booked together, although it is otherwise locked.

    Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.

    What is 3D Secure?

    This is a security layer which checks that the person making the payment is the authorised cardholder by way of a one-time pin delivered by SMS or a secret code, ensuring the safety of your card.

    3D secure is a legislated prerequisite for all online purchases in South Africa.
