Sea Breeze Apartment 4 is a self catering holiday apartment in Lamberts Bay sleeping five guests. The apartment is located on the first floor and entered from the back of the building through the garage.
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and an open room with two single beds. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. There is also a guest toilet. The open plan living area has a kitchenette fitted with a two-plate stove, oven, microwave, toaster and fridge. There is also a single bed in the living area. The balcony has a braai and from here you can enjoy incredible sea views. There is a door connecting the balconies on Sea Breeze Apartment 4 and Sea Breeze Apartment 5, which can be opened if the units are booked together, although it is otherwise locked. The lockable garage can accommodate two cars.

    Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.

    What is 3D Secure?

    This is a security layer which checks that the person making the payment is the authorised cardholder by way of a one-time pin delivered by SMS or a secret code, ensuring the safety of your card.

    3D secure is a legislated prerequisite for all online purchases in South Africa.
