San Lameer Villa 3402 is air-conditioned and has two bedrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a King-size bed and a TV with satellite channels. The en-suite bathroom is fitted with a shower over the bath, toilet and basin. The second bedroom is furnished with twin beds that can be made into a King-size bed. The shared bathroom is fitted with a shower over the bath, toilet and basin. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The comfortable living and dining area has a TV with satellite channels. There is a large covered patio with built in braai facilities (built in and weber) overlooking the small dam with a variety of birdlife. This unit is well located between the beach, hotel and swimming pools. Daily housekeeping is included.

    Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.
