Sandringham 45 is furnished with a comfy double bed on a raised platform area of the apartment which is separated from the living space by a beautiful set of drawers, creates a more intimate sleeping area where you are ensured a peaceful night's sleep. The immaculate bathroom includes a sizeable shower, a basin atop the vanity unit and a toilet. The kitchen, complete with modern finishes, provides sufficient space and includes a fridge, stovetop, oven and fridge. Completing the unit is a comfy couch where you can sit and enjoy your favourite TV shows on the wall-mounted flat-screen TV as well as a dining area, seating four people comfortably. The large windows allow an abundance of natural light into the apartment as well as the fresh sea breeze reminding you how close to the ocean you are.

    Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.

    What is 3D Secure?

    This is a security layer which checks that the person making the payment is the authorised cardholder by way of a one-time pin delivered by SMS or a secret code, ensuring the safety of your card.
