Spacious house situation in a cul-de-sac in the popular River Club Estate, around the corner from Central Beach. Open plan lounge, kitchen and dining-area opening onto covered patio extending into communal grounds overlooking river front. The main bedroom has a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and hand shower, bidet and toilet. This room leads out onto a patio. The second, third and fourth bedrooms all have two single beds and the fourth bedroom has an en-suite with a shower. The shared bathroom has a bath with overhead shower. Linen, bath and beach towels provided. Upstairs houses the spacious open plan living area. The kitchen has a separate scullery and is well equipped with an oven, gas hob, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The lounge and dining area has TV with DStv, a fireplace and opens onto the patio extending to the garden with views. There is a back patio with braai facilities. Parking inside fenced-in property for three vehicles.
