This beautiful beachfront villa enjoys a prime position on the golden sands of Keurbooms Beach, offering uninterrupted ocean views and direct access to the shore via a communal pathway. Thoughtfully designed for relaxed coastal living, the spacious, open-plan interiors are tastefully furnished and filled with natural light.

Self Catering Accommodation

The main living areas include two comfortable lounges, one featuring a TV and surround sound system, the other centered around a wood-burning fireplace, each offering tranquil views and seamless flow to outdoor spaces.

The villa comfortably sleeps a maximum of eight guests, including children and babies, across four beautifully appointed bedrooms. Downstairs, two bedrooms open onto private patios, one with a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom featuring a bath, shower, and toilet, and the other with two single beds and views of the forest. A second bathroom with a shower, toilet, and basin serves this level.

Upstairs, the generous master bedroom boasts a super king bed, TV, private patio with ocean views, and a spacious en-suite bathroom with a bath, shower, and toilet. A second upstairs bedroom offers a king-size bed, forest views, its own TV, patio, and en-suite bathroom.

The ocean-facing patio is ideal for morning coffee accompanied by the soothing sound of the waves, while a second patio overlooking the lush fynbos forest creates a peaceful setting for afternoon sundowners and relaxed outdoor dining. This forest-side patio is well equipped with both gas and built-in barbeques, a dining table seating eight, and a casual sitting area just off the kitchen, perfect for entertaining.

The kitchen is fully equipped for effortless self-catering, with two fridges, a six-burner gas stove, oven, coffee and ice machines, two microwaves (including a convectional model), a toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. A prep sink and double sink add further convenience.

Additional Facilities

Additional features include a double garage with extra parking space behind, Wi-Fi, DSTV, security cameras, and access to a communal pool within the estate. The villa also provides all linen, including both bath and beach towels, as well as basic beach equipment such as umbrellas, buckets, and spades.
