There is a kitchenette with a sink, microwave, hot plate, electric frying pan, toaster, fridge, crockery and cutlery. There is also a dining table and seating for four. Rose Cottage is suitable for families, or friends sharing.

Travelling with children?
Children of all ages are welcome under adult supervision, parents to please note that there is an unfenced swimming pool on the property.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
We will endeavour to re-book the room, however should we be unable to resell the room, the deposit will be retained.
In the event of a no-show, the full amount of the stay is due.
Please note that all cancellations must be made in writing.
