Rancho Relaxo has five bedrooms, two bathrooms and a guest toilet. The main bedroom is furnished with a King-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, toilet and basin. The other bedrooms are all furnished with a Queen-size bed and share a bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. The bedrooms have a soft and luxurious aesthetic with air-conditioning, fans, and plenty of natural light. Blackout curtains in each room are thoughtfully designed to ensure a great and comfortable sleep. The kitchen is modern yet warm with an open concept. The indoor-outdoor lounge boasts a large TV that can be watched from the pool and is the perfect gathering spot for the whole family. The outdoor kitchen is for Sundowners, where the family can gather around, and play games, while you choose dinner from a traditional South African wood-fired braai or the built-in gas braai. After dinner, indulge in a glass of South African wine, and walk through the garden to the extra-large fire pit made specifically for those campfire stories, or to simply unwind and enjoy the warm summer nights watching the crackling of the fire. The exquisite saltwater pool is ideal for hot days and nights, with the sun loungers for all those looking for a summer tan, or simply washing the sand off from the beach with the outdoor shower.

    Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.

    What is 3D Secure?

    This is a security layer which checks that the person making the payment is the authorised cardholder by way of a one-time pin delivered by SMS or a secret code, ensuring the safety of your card.
