Wake up to stunning views of Majestic Table Mountain, Lions Head and Signal Hill. Quayside 1206 has two bedrooms. The carpeted bedrooms both have a Queen-size bed. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, a desk and chair. The second bathroom has a shower. The living area is open plan and has a fully equipped kitchen which includes a washing machine and dryer. The lounge area has a Smart TV with Netflix and a DVD player. Free Wi-Fi is also provided. Both bedrooms and the lounge have sliding glass doors which lead onto the balcony which has a table and chairs, providing a lovely seating area where guests can enjoy the sights of the city. Secure undercover parking is available. The building also has 24 hour security, a gym and an indoor swimming pool.

    Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.

    What is 3D Secure?

    This is a security layer which checks that the person making the payment is the authorised cardholder by way of a one-time pin delivered by SMS or a secret code, ensuring the safety of your card.
