The apartment comprises three bedrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and has an en suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, basin and toilet. The second bedroom offers a double bed, while the third bedroom is equipped with two single beds. A second bathroom, also fitted with a bath, shower, basin and toilet, serves the remaining bedrooms.

The living area is tastefully furnished and provides comfortable seating for six, along with a flat screen television with DStv and unlimited Wi Fi. Adjacent to the lounge is a dining area with seating for six. The kitchen is fully equipped for self catering and includes a fridge freezer, stove, microwave and dishwasher. A washing machine and tumble dryer are conveniently positioned off the passage. Ceiling fans are installed throughout the unit to ensure comfort.

A spacious patio, enclosed with frameless glass sliding panels, allows guests to make use of the gas braai and outdoor seating in all weather conditions. The patio is furnished with a table and eight chairs, as well as additional comfortable seating, making it an ideal space for relaxing and entertaining while enjoying the views.

All linen is provided, but guests are kindly requested to bring their own towels.

The complex offers a communal swimming pool, and the unit includes a garage together with secure visitor parking. There are no stairs between the garage and the apartment, making it well suited to guests with limited mobility.

    Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.

    What is 3D Secure?

    This is a security layer which checks that the person making the payment is the authorised cardholder by way of a one-time pin delivered by SMS or a secret code, ensuring the safety of your card.

    3D secure is a legislated prerequisite for all online purchases in South Africa.
