Portofino 1 has four bedrooms that have en-suite bathrooms fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. There are two rooms furnished with King-size beds, one bedroom with two three-quarter beds and the fourth room with a bunk bed for two children. Please bring your own beach towel. The fully equipped modern kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, microwave, gas stove, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine and a tumble dryer. The lounge opens onto a patio with a 6-seater patio set, and a built-in braai. The beautiful stand-alone villa has a private swimming pool and is across the road from Shakas Rock Beach. There is a double lock-up garage and extra visitors parking on the premises. Daily housekeeping is provided except for public holidays and Sundays. (includes making up of beds, cleaning of bathrooms, braai, sweeping and mopping of all floors. This does not include dishes.)

Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
56 to 28 days prior to arrival, forfeit 25% of total rental, 28 to 14 days prior to arrival, forfeit 50% of total rental.
14 to 7 days prior to arrival, forfeit 75% of total rental, Less than 7 days prior to arrival, forfeit 100% of rental.
We will, however, endeavour to re-let your accommodation, and if successful, your liability to pay the cancellation fee will cease and any balances (including your deposit) will be refunded to you.
