Skiathos Penthouse is located on the second floor of this beach front complex, this 3-bedroom 2-bathroom, fully equipped Penthouse boasts infinite, uninterrupted, and utterly breath-taking views of the ocean. With its open-plan layout and outside bar area, you are sure to be drawn to many gorgeous sunsets on the balcony, sipping champagne with friends and gazing out for schools of dolphins passing by.

Self Catering Accommodation

Skiathos Penthouse is a self catering holiday apartment in Shakas Rock sleeping seven guests.

There are three bedrooms, the main is furnished with a Queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower. The second room has a Queen-size bed and a single bed and the third room has two singles that can convert to a Queen-size bed if requested in advance. These two rooms share a bathroom with a bath and a shower. Bath and beach towels are provided. Hair dryer supplied.

The open plan living area has comfortable seating and a smart TV with satellite channels and Netflix. There is a fibre connection and air conditioning throughout.

The kitchen is modern, fully equipped for your self catering stay and boasts a dishwasher and washing machine for convenience. There is a dining table and a breakfast counter with bar stools where you can enjoy your meals.

Outside there is a large veranda with sensational views, a bar area, BBQ facilities and comfy seating. There is direct access to the beach through a secure side gate within the complex and a sizable tidal pool immediately to the right of the complex.

There is a large swimming pool with BBQ facilities within the safety of the complex. There is reserved parking and open parking for visitors

The Area

The area has much to offer for both families and couples. Lots of restaurants to choose from, movies and shopping centres. Local markets and night markets are well worth the visiting. Sugar Rush park, Flag Animal farm for rainy days.
