Perspectives 306 is spacious, neat, and quiet space that can accommodate up to four guests and has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. The main bedroom is furnished with a Queen-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, toilet and washbasin. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds. The guest bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet and washbasin. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering with a fridge-freezer, stove and oven, microwave, kettle and toaster. The dining area contains a 4-seater dining table and chairs. The comfortable lounge has a TV and a Smart Device with Netflix.     Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.

    What is 3D Secure?
