Seaside Village Penthouse F23 is a self catering holiday apartment in Big Bay sleeping six guests. The Penthouse includes three generous and luxurious bedrooms and two bathrooms. All bedrooms have built-in cupboards and air-conditioners to ensure a comfortable stay any time of the year. The main bedroom is furnished with an extra length King-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, toilet and basin. The room also boasts a smart TV with access to DStvNow and Netflix. The second bedroom is furnished with an extra length Queen-size bed and the third room is furnished with two extra length three-quarter beds. These rooms share a bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. The sizeable master bedroom is pampered with sea-facing views and also leads out onto the entertainment patio which is comprised of a gas braai, sun lounge chairs and an outside dining table to enjoy a braai with your family and friends. Each room in the Penthouse is stylishly decorated, making each one of them as beautiful as the last. The apartment offers a spacious open plan lounge, dining room and well-equipped kitchen that opens up to a large patio, providing you with those perfect views of the ocean, Table Mountain and Robben Island. The sunset from this impressive Penthouse is picturesque, providing you with a jaw-dropping view. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer available for your convenience. An indoor dining table, which is able to seat up to 6 guests and the cosy lounge is equipped with a smart TV with access to DStv, Netflix and Showmax.

    Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.
