Pearl Villa is a five bedroom family home located in Fresnaye, Cape Town. The house offers accommodation in an affluent suburb situated between Signal Hill and Sea Point and is close to tourist attractions, ample shopping opportunities and restaurants.

Self Catering Accommodation

Pearl Villa is a self catering holiday home with five bedrooms and air conditioning. The main bedroom has a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. A further three rooms have Queen-size beds and en-suite bathrooms. The fifth bedroom has access to its own large bathroom with a bath and a shower. Four of the bedrooms have access to a large balcony with direct sea views.

The large open plan kitchen is well equipped for self catering and contains an oven, hob, fridge, toaster, kettle, crockery and utensils. The kitchen leads onto a TV room and a formal dining area. There are a few lounge areas including a mood lounge. A study is located on the ground floor and upstairs is a TV room. There are a total of three flat screen TVs in the house, all with DStv. FREE Wi-Fi is available on the property.

Outside on the patio there is a covered lounge area with a fireplace and a large swimming pool set in the well manicured garden. There is also one small heated pool for the chillier days or evenings. The house is serviced Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) and there is also someone to attend to the pool, garden, fires and general housekeeping three times a week. Ample off street parking is available as well as garage parking.
