Atlantic Cove is a stylish home located in the heart of one of Cape Town's most vibrant, yet safest, neighbourhoods, Fresnaye, part of the world famous Atlantic Seaboard. This light and bright property is the perfect haven for your Cape Town adventure.

Self Catering Accommodation

Atlantic Cove has four bedrooms. The first three bedrooms are all located downstairs. The main bedroom is furnished with a King-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, bath, toilet and double basins. The second room is furnished with a double bed.

The third bedroom is furnished with a King-size bed. These two rooms share a bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, toilet and basin. The fourth bedroom is located upstairs and furnished with two single beds that can be made up as a King-size bed. This room is spacious and can also be used as a workspace or playroom. Ideal for teenagers that want their own space. Please note that there is no bathroom upstairs. Body soap is provided.

The spacious double volume open plan lounge-diner-kitchen area is designed for comfort and entertainment. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Dishwashing products, and an initial supply of tea, coffee, sugar are provided. It's fully equipped and features all the amenities you need and more, including A/C. The lounge has a TV with basic DStv, Netflix and Showmax.

Folding glass doors lead to a deck with outdoor furniture and BBQ grill to enjoy sundowners with beautiful views of Signal Hill mountain and the paragliders embarking downhill.

The home is equipped with an inverter for loadshedding. Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided.

Attractions

Atlantic Cove is within walking distance of Sea Point’s vibey Main Road which offers a huge variety of shops (Woolworths Food, Checkers and Spar), coffee shops and restaurants. A 3-minute walk from Beach Road and the stunning Promenade, which runs the length of the beachfront from Bantry Bay to Mouille Point, and is a hub of activity and perfect place to watch the sun set right next to the crystal waters of the Atlantic Seaboard.

Open-top sightseeing buses are a great way to see Cape Town and surrounds, with a pick-up point just a 3-minute walk away. A short 5-minute drive takes you to Clifton's iconic 1st, 2nd and 3rd beaches or the world famous V&A Waterfront or the trendy Green Point and De Waterkant. And if you love wine, the beautiful and well known Cape Winelands with its award winning wine farms are a mere 40-minute drive away.
