Spacious and Homely. This gorgeous apartment is warm and homely and sleeps two guests. The bedroom has a queen size bed, luxurious linens, a TV and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a bath. The apartment has plenty of light and is spacious. There is a large dining table where you can enjoy home cooked meals with family and friends. The living area is a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing and has a comfortable couch, a TV, DStv and a DVD player. The kitchen is a cooks dream, with plenty of counter space and modern appliances. You will find everything you need in this lovely kitchen, making your self catering stay a dream. Incredible views of the marina, the working yacht basin with the new Green Point Stadium beyond can be enjoyed from the balcony. Outside there are two loungers and a table and chairs. The complex offers a full gym and four swimming pools for your use.

    Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.

    What is 3D Secure?

    This is a security layer which checks that the person making the payment is the authorised cardholder by way of a one-time pin delivered by SMS or a secret code, ensuring the safety of your card.
