The Paragon 317 sleeps four guests overlooking the hustle and bustle of the city streets below. There is a communal roof top splash pool and undercover deck with views of the city and Signal Hill. The Paragon 317 is a self catering holiday apartment with two bedrooms. The main bedroom has city views and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom also has city views and uses the guest bathroom which has a shower. A compact but full kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances for a self-catering stay and guests can relax and enjoy breakfasts or coffee at the cosy breakfast nook, separating the open-pan lounge from the kitchen.

    Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.

    What is 3D Secure?

    This is a security layer which checks that the person making the payment is the authorised cardholder by way of a one-time pin delivered by SMS or a secret code, ensuring the safety of your card.
