Through the huge windows and sliding doors that almost surround the penthouse, you can look over the rooftops of Sea Point, onto the shining blue Atlantic Ocean. Or gaze up to Lion's Head with the luxury villas of Fresnaye nestling on its slopes. Here, you seem to float above everything and, because of the elevated position, are not overlooked by anyone.

Panoramic Penthouse Holiday Apartment in Sea Point has three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with a King-size bed and has a smart TV, air-conditioning, safe and balcony. The second bedroom is furnished with a Queen-size bed and has a smart TV, air-conditioning, safe and balcony. The third bedroom is furnished with a Queen-size bed and has air-conditioning. All the en-suite bathrooms are fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. There is also a guest toilet.

The stylish kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher and a washer-dryer. The kitchen island has bar chairs. The lovely lounge area has a large corner sofa, a reading chair and a smart TV with satellite channels. The dining table seats six guests. Free Wi-Fi is provided.

When you open the large sliding doors of the penthouse, the boundary between inside and outside disappears. Thanks to the roof extending over the balconies, there is protection from the sun throughout the day. Apart from the views, the highlight of the outdoor space is the plunge pool - which is all yours! From the pool, you can enjoy a magnificent panoramic view. The balconies face three directions. Lounge furniture and loungers provide comfortable seating. There is a private plunge pool, dining table and a gas barbecue.

The penthouse is equipped with battery back-up in the event of loadshedding. Daily housekeeping is included.
