Welsch House Family Unit is a four sleeper unit. The rooms have wooden floors and reed ceilings and vine covered veranda. Fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom is furnished with a double bed, the second bedroom is furnished with a three-quarter bed and there is an additional three-quarter bed in the living area. The bathroom is en-suite of the main bedroom with both shower and bath. Located on an elevated section of the farm, wonderful vistas of the valley can be enjoyed from the vine covered veranda. A braai area with swimming pool is situated alongside the Welsch House.

House of Grace Family Unit is a six sleeper unit. The cottage sleeps six people in two double beds and two single beds. There is a fully equipped kitchen, fireplace and a bathroom with a shower. It has the most incredible view of the majestic Outeniqua mountains. Built from stone and mud during the construction of the Montagu Pass, the House of Grace has been restored to maintain its original beauty with modern necessities being subtly added over the years.

    Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.

    What is 3D Secure?

    This is a security layer which checks that the person making the payment is the authorised cardholder by way of a one-time pin delivered by SMS or a secret code, ensuring the safety of your card.
