The reserve is off-the-grid with no cell phone reception.
The reserve is mountainous, and the access roads are all dirt. We recommend that visitors use a raised vehicle such as an SUV or bakkie to access the farm, although a sedan vehicle with reasonable clearance and normal tyres and rims can drive the main farm road. A 4x4 is not necessary.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.
Cancellation policy
If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 10% of the booking total.
