Ocean View C403 has two bedrooms. The main bedroom has a big sliding window which virtually invites the ocean view right into the bedroom. The room is furnished with a Queen-size bed and there is also ample cupboard space. The en-suite bathroom is fitted with a shower, basin and toilet. The second bedroom is furnished with two three quarter beds. The second bathroom is fitted with a shower over bath, basin and toilet and also has the washer dryer combo. The fully equipped kitchen is to the left as you enter and comes standard with all you need: toaster, kettle, microwave, under counter oven and Ceram hob with extractor. There is a fridge / freezer combo as well as a dishwasher. There is also ample cutlery, crockery, utensils and pots and pans. The dining room has a table comfortably seating four people with place for an extra two if need be. The lounge offers comfortable sofas for you to watch your favourite Netflix show on the smart TV. The smart TV does have the DStv app installed, all that is required is your own login details. Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment. For those who like to have their breakfast outside, the balcony offers a four seater patio set with breathtaking views of the ocean and Table Mountain.

    Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.
