Ocean View 701 is a self catering holiday apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom has a King-size bed and the second bedroom has a double bed. There is one bathroom with a bath and shower and a second bathroom with a shower. Bed linen and bathroom towels are provided. You will enjoy the well-equipped facilities, for a good self-catering holiday, space and the cozy homey feeling it has to offer. The main bedroom and lounge area open up to a good size balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher and washing machine. The living area, which opens up onto the balcony, is furnished with a lounge suite and a flat-screen TV with Netflix. The complex is neat, well maintained has basement garage parking and a side pedestrian access gate, for a short walk across to the beach, shops or restaurants. Facilities include FREE Wi-Fi, Balcony and Garage Parking.

    Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.

    What is 3D Secure?
