      Conditions

      A breakage deposit of R 1000.00 is required per booking, which will be refunded within 7 working days of your departure, provided the unit is left in the same condition as upon arrival and that all is in order.
      Please report any discrepancies or damages in the unit to our office within 12 working hours.
      The unit is strictly non-smoking and guests are required to smoke outside. Failure to comply could result in the forfeiture of your deposit in order to steam clean curtains, carpets and furniture.
      Should we find that there are more guests staying in the unit than what we quoted on; or that the number exceeds the total allowed capacity, your deposit will be forfeited.
      Pets are allowed but prior permission must still be obtained.
      This unit has a full DSTV package with an Explora decoder.
      Please bring with bath and beach towels. All bed linen is provided.
      A complimentary toilet paper and guest soap is provided, but because this unit is self-catering this must be replenished at your own cost. Please also remember to bring with dishwashing liquid and other cleaning materials you may want to use.
      Cleaning services can be arranged for you between 8h30 to 14h30, excluding week-ends and public holidays. This must please be booked through our office at least 48 hours in advance and must be paid to us upfront and not directly to the cleaner. Please also note that this service is subject to availability of resources, especially during peak seasons.

      Why do I have to pay a deposit?

      This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

      Can I pay the deposit at month end?

      That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.

      What is 3D Secure?
