The apartment comfortably accommodates up to four guests and comprises two well-appointed bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and includes a private en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. The second bedroom offers two single beds and is served by a separate bathroom equipped with both a bath and a shower. Quality linen and bath towels are provided for guests' convenience, although guests are kindly requested to bring their own beach towels.

The open-plan living area creates a welcoming space for relaxing and spending time together. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, cutlery, crockery, and a central breakfast island with seating. The adjoining lounge features comfortable sofas, a television and complimentary Wi-Fi, providing everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Sliding doors open onto a private balcony where guests can unwind while taking in the surrounding views. It is the perfect place to enjoy an early morning coffee or a refreshing drink as the sun sets.

Guests have access to the complex's communal swimming pool and dedicated braai facilities, making it easy to enjoy outdoor leisure time. Nivica 64 is also one of the few apartments within the development that offers the added convenience of two bathrooms together with a private single garage.

    Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.

    What is 3D Secure?

    This is a security layer which checks that the person making the payment is the authorised cardholder by way of a one-time pin delivered by SMS or a secret code, ensuring the safety of your card.
