Natspat 20 is fully furnished and contains two bedrooms. The main bedroom has a Queen-size bed with an en-suite bathroom and the second bedroom has twin beds. There are also two sleeper couches in the living room. The apartment has a family bathroom, linen and bath towels are provided but guests are requested to supply their own beach towels. The comfortable lounge area has a TV with DStv and the open plan fully equipped kitchen boasts a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, fridge, crockery and cutlery. Outside on the veranda there is a patio furniture and a braai / barbeque with a view over the complex pool. The complex offers one undercover parking spot and an additional open space. A cleaning service is available on request. There is a fenced swimming pool in the complex available for your use.

    Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.

    What is 3D Secure?

    This is a security layer which checks that the person making the payment is the authorised cardholder by way of a one-time pin delivered by SMS or a secret code, ensuring the safety of your card.

    3D secure is a legislated prerequisite for all online purchases in South Africa.
