I was happy and excited with my stay in natal spa

This is the third time being at Natal Spa and every visit was excellent including the friendliness and efficiency of staff.

Nothing to say everything was good i wish to come back soon

Loved the area and activities but was disappointed with the unit it’s self, as it did not meet expectations

Thank you for being so accommodating and willing to help during our stay. Our post-COVID getaway was wonderful. The pools were warm and clean, the water slides (which you turned on just for us) were so much fun and the dinner through room service was delicious!

My boys and I thoroughly enjoyed our week spent at Natal Spa. It was refreshing to find a place that was very safe and secure, my kids could play safely on their own. Staff were very kind and friendly and willing to accommodate us even late in the evenings. The facilities were adequate, I would only recommend that the resort looks at adding showers either in the rooms or near the pools. We will definitely be back with our extended families. A wonderful place for a family.

I spent 2 nights at the natal spa.it was a absolutely beautiful experience.the chalet rock 3 was excellent.the only issue I had was with a lady at the wellness centre.I have her identity should you require .I was totally appauled at her attitude.apart from that 1 lady all the other staff were excellent.from the time I arrived till I left.I will definitely visit again and recommend others to visit the natal spa
