Rates displayed above are only a guide. Rates vary depending on number of guests, meals included (basis), season and length of stay and will be confirmed by Natal Spa Hot Springs & Leisure Resort on receipt of your quote request.

Rates are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR). Subject to change without notice.

Quoted rates exclude the following fees which must be paid directly to the property after the booking has been confirmed, usually a week before check-in, but in some cases on arrival.

• 1% Tourism Levy

A breakage deposit of R300.00 per unit payable on arrival (cash or credit card only); this is refunded on departure provided there is no damage to the unit and/or its contents.

Children of all ages are welcome.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
Once confirmed, a total cancellation or large reduction in numbers will result in cancellation fees been levied / charged:
Cancellations received 29 to 22 days prior to arrival 25%
Cancellations received 21 to 7 days prior to arrival 50%
Cancellations received 6 to 1 day prior to arrival 100%
No Shows - 100%
