Mountain View Studio is a spacious (100 m2) one bedroom apartment in Somerset West with stunning views of the mountains and surrounding countryside. The bedroom is beautifully furnished with a Queen-size bed and the bathroom is fitted with a bath, shower, toilet and basin, There is a sleeper couch in the living area for two children. The living area has air conditioning, a TV with DStv, Netflix, Disney and Showmax, high-speed Wi-Fi, comfortable seating and a dining table. The kitchenette is well equipped and includes crockery and cutlery, microwave, small oven/hot plate combo. Outside is a patio with a table, a Weber braai, and secure parking for two vehicles with a private entrance. Guests have access to a pool area with prior arrangements. Housekeeping and linen/towel changes are performed weekly and more if required. Laundry facilities are available, and we currently have no load-shedding, with an inverter and batteries on standby in case of emergency. The apartment is in an upmarket, quiet area of Somerset West, with easy access to Stellenbosch, Cape Town Airport, golf courses, Strand Beach, restaurants, wine estates and shopping centres.

Travelling with children?
Children of all ages are welcome, however we may require an extra amount to accommodate children older than two. Rates will be confirmed for each specific enquiry. A cot and high-chair can be provided on request.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
20% deposit, fully refundable if cancelled no less than one week in advance.
Peak Season booking (December to March) We would require a 50% deposit with 25% refundable if cancelled more than 6 months in advance.
