Mountain Marina Three Bedroom Superior 1 holiday apartment accommodates up to six guests across three bedrooms with two bathrooms.

The main bedroom features a king-size bed and a private en-suite bathroom with a shower over the bath, toilet and washbasin. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom has two single beds. These two bedrooms share a bathroom equipped with a bath, toilet and washbasin.

The open-plan kitchen and living area create a spacious setting for relaxed self-catering stays. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, stove, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as cutlery, crockery and tea- and coffee-making facilities.

The adjoining living area has a six-seater dining table, television and comfortable seating, with doors opening onto a private balcony. The balcony is furnished with an outdoor dining table and day loungers, providing an ideal spot to enjoy the marina and Table Mountain views.

Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided, and guests have access to two secure parking bays during their stay.

Guests staying at Mountain Marina Three Bedroom Superior 1 can make use of several communal swimming pools within the development. A communal gym is also available, with access offered to guests at an additional daily fee.

A duty manager is available 24 hours a day to assist guests and ensure a well-supported stay. The apartment is serviced daily during the first week of a stay, after which servicing takes place every second day by default. Additional servicing can be arranged on request.

      Why do I have to pay a deposit?

      This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

      Can I pay the deposit at month end?
