Guests are within easy reach of Cape Town's renowned restaurants, designer shops, attractions, entertainment venues and leading conference facilities, while the surrounding waterfront creates a relaxed and secure environment for a memorable stay.

The apartment features one luxurious bedroom furnished with a king-size bed, with direct access to a private patio. The en-suite bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and washbasin, providing everything required for a comfortable stay. The apartment accommodates a maximum of two guests, making it particularly well suited to couples.

The open-plan kitchen and living area create a welcoming space for relaxing and dining. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, stove, crockery, cutlery and tea and coffee-making facilities. The living area features comfortable couches, a two-seater dining table and a flat-screen television, while large doors open onto the terrace where guests can enjoy outdoor seating and views of the canal and Table Mountain.

The apartment overlooks the canal and benefits from double-glazed windows throughout, together with blackout blinds for added privacy and restful nights. A fully equipped kitchen, spacious lounge and two-seater dining area provide practical everyday comfort, while the large terrace offers an appealing outdoor space. One secure parking bay is provided for guests.

The apartment is air-conditioned for both cooling and heating and also features underfloor heating for additional comfort during cooler Cape Town days. Other amenities include an electronic safe, a flat-screen LED television, luxury bathroom toiletries and tea and coffee-making facilities, with sugar and milk provided on arrival. Guests also enjoy inclusive uncapped 100 Mbps fibre internet, complimentary Wi-Fi and pool towels.

      Frequently Asked Questions

      Why do I have to pay a deposit?

      This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

      Can I pay the deposit at month end?

      That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.

      What is 3D Secure?
