Mountain Marina Two Bedroom Premier 12 accommodates up to 4 guests in two well-appointed bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The main bedroom features a king-size bed and a private en-suite bathroom with a bath, shower, toilet and washbasin. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet and washbasin.

The fully equipped kitchen provides everything required for a convenient self-catering stay, including a fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, stove, washing machine, tumble dryer, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. The spacious open-plan living area features comfortable seating and a TV, with glass doors opening onto a private balcony furnished with outdoor seating and views towards the marina.

Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided, and guests have access to two secure parking bays for the duration of their stay.

Guests have access to several communal swimming pools within the residential complex, providing convenient opportunities to relax and cool off. The building also has a communal gym, which guests may use for a daily fee.

A duty manager is available 24 hours a day to assist guests throughout their stay. Daily housekeeping is provided during the first week, after which the standard service changes to every second day. Additional servicing can be arranged on request.

      Why do I have to pay a deposit?

      This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

      Can I pay the deposit at month end?
