About Monzi Safaris Backpackers

Monzi Safaris Backpackers is situated on the main road of St Lucia. We differ from every other backpacker in the sense that we do not have any dorm rooms on the property.

St Lucia Accommodation

Our accommodation is in the form of luxury dome tents. Our ‘twin' tents have two very comfortable single beds, a lockable side cabinet, a power point for charging phones, a decent light and even a ceiling fan.

We also have double tents and rooms. All the tents are mounted on a flat roof on top of a building and covered by a waterproof shade cover.

Double Rooms:
The room consists of a double bed and is equipped with a fan.

Double Tent:
The dome tents are furnished with a double bed or twin beds and are equipped with a fan, light and bedside cupboard.

Female Dorm:
A single bed in a six bed female dormitory.

Male Dorm:
A single bed in a six bed male dormitory.

Facilities

The ablution facility is communal, but houses several cubicles- still ensuring privacy. The entertainment area is a real gem! The large pool is surrounded with loungers and gazebos. The deck leads onto the large BBQ facility and also into the open plan kitchen and lounge area. In the lounge area is a pool table, foose ball table and DStv.

Breakfast & Dining

In the fully equipped communal self-catering kitchen you will find everything to cook up a storm. The kitchen is serviced until 21h00 so guests do not have to do dishes. The backpackers is surrounded by restaurants and bars if you would rather go out for a meal.
