The main, second and third bedrooms are furnished with a King-size bed. The next three bedrooms are furnished with a Queen-size bed and the seventh bedroom is furnished with two bunk beds (double on the bottom and single on the top). Five of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with bath and shower facilities. The fully equipped kitchen contains a double-door fridge, a microwave, an oven, a gas stove, and other appliances and utensils for self-catering purposes. The spacious open plan living area has a dining table and there are comfortable sofas and a double sided fireplace. The living area leads onto the deck with has a Jacuzzi and gas braai overlooking the ocean. Smart TV and free Wi-Fi is available in the manor as well as air conditioning and secure off street parking.

Why do I have to pay a deposit?

This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

Can I pay the deposit at month end?
