This unit consists of one bedroom with a double bed. There is also a home gym and orbitrek in the room. The bathroom is standard with a shower only. The open plan living area consists of a kitchenette; breakfast corner and lounge with satellite TV. The kitchenette is equipped with a bar fridge with a small freezer, oven and stove, microwave oven, toaster, kettle and all utensils. The kitchenette is also equipped with a sink and cleaning products are provided. Barbeque facilities are also available with complimentary briquettes. The open plan living area goes out onto a balcony. A portable air conditioner, fan and oil heater are available on request. Bed linen and towels are provided and complimentary tea and coffee are available. There is free onsite secure parking.

    Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.

    What is 3D Secure?

    This is a security layer which checks that the person making the payment is the authorised cardholder by way of a one-time pin delivered by SMS or a secret code, ensuring the safety of your card.
